About Lowry
Lowry Olafson is a performing songwriter and keynote speaker who has released nine CDs and toured the globe. His concerts are peppered with stories that offer a window into the songs and invite listeners of all ages to connect to the stories of their own lives.
In addition to his performing career, Lowry also leads a unique team-building experience called the ThemeShop which helps organizations get in tune with each other – literally, and gives them a powerful tool to add emotional impact to their fundraising and marketing.
Lowry has also written over 400 songs with school kids as part of his songwriting program From the Page to the Stage in One Day! The CD featuring 18 of those songs – My Dog Ate My Homework – hit #5 on the Galaxie KIdstuff channel.
Lowry is an avid sailor and lives on BC’s Sunshine Coast with his wife and daughter.
